The XT2010M OEM Embedded Barcode Scanner Module is a compact, high-performance scanning engine designed for seamless integration into self-service kiosks, POS terminals, vending machines, access control systems, industrial automation equipment, and other OEM devices. Equipped with an advanced CMOS image sensor, the module delivers fast and accurate decoding of both 1D and 2D barcodes, making it an ideal solution for commercial and industrial applications.
Supporting multiple interface options, including USB KBW, USB CDC, USB HID POS, and TTL 232, the XT2010M can be easily integrated into a wide range of embedded systems. Its flexible manual, induction, continuous, and command trigger scanning modes allow developers to configure the module according to different application requirements.
With an optical resolution of 640 × 480 pixels and decoding accuracy of 3 mil or higher, the XT2010M reliably reads common barcode formats such as EAN, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, PDF417, Data Matrix, QR Code, and Micro QR. The integrated white LED illumination and 625nm red LED aiming light ensure stable scanning performance under various lighting conditions.
Designed for demanding environments, the module operates reliably within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and features low power consumption, making it suitable for continuous operation in commercial and industrial equipment.
